If your USPS package is lost, please reach out to us first. You must submit a claim to USPS and provide us with the official USPS lost package letter.

🚫 Return Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for orders that are returned due to customer errors, such as:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Unclaimed packages after multiple delivery attempts

Customers will need to pay a reshipping fee for packages returned under these conditions.
